Homemade cookies – Samoas Bars
Making the girl scout cookies can be quite tiresome. And the main reason behind this is because you need to have dough rolled, cut into equal pieces and make sure they are individually ‘topped’. What about Bar cookies, though? It’s less time consuming and is like a shortcut to scout cookies. All you need to make these samoas bars at home is a half a cup of sugar, one large sized egg, a quarter teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon vanilla, a three-quarter cup softened butter and a couple of cups of flour. You may need a few cups of coconut, chewy caramels and chocolate, to add as toppings.
