A couple of guys dressed up as cops, or probably cops in reality, are having some fun time out there with a driver who they are checking on with a breathanalyzer. Usually one has to blow to test on a breathanalyzer but in this case, the cop asks the driver to suck it. One of them connects a pipe to the other end of the device to a balloon and the driver ends up in sucking the air out of the balloon. When the cops try to repeat the incident, the driver is clearly pissed off and starts shouting at them. The cops move away laughing!
