Instructions:In food processer process the cookies and combine with melted butter. Press this the cookie mixture to the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling. In a bowl, whisk cream cheese with sugar until you get a creamy texture then add vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk heavy cream until stiff and carefully combine with cream cheese mixture. Spread on prepared cookie crust. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for at least an hour. Meanwhile, prepare fruit top. Simmer raspberries together with sugar, then press this mixture through a sieve. Place this mixture in a pot and bring to a boil. Melt cornstarch in a tablespoon of water, add to raspberries and simmer until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and let cool. Slice washed strawberries, place them to a bowl, pour over the raspberries mixture and carefully mix so that all strawberries are coated. Spread this fruit mixture over cooled cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Instructions:Mix ingredients for dough until smooth.Create a roll and slice into 8-10 pieces. Use each piece to cover one strawberry and let the bowls sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil. Place dumplings to boiling water, use wooden spoon to prevent them sticking from the bottom and once floating continue cooking for 3 minutes. Serve and on each plate coat with grated dry cottage cheese, powder sugar and melted butter.

Ingredients: 300 g cocoa crunchy cookies, 100 g butter, 500 g cream cheese, 400 ml heavy whipping cream, 200 g powder sugar, 25 g jello, 1 lemon, 200 g strawberries, 100 g strawberry jello.
Instructions:Process cocoa crunchy cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and mix well. Line a 26cm-diameter pie pan with baking sheet and lay the cocoa crust. Refrigerate for one hour. Follow instructions on the pack to prepare gelatin. Combine cream cheese with powder sugar, add whipped whipping cream and mix well. Add lemon juice from one lemon, jello and mix well. Spread this mixture on cookie crust and refrigerate. Lay thinly sliced strawberries on the top. Pour strawberry jello over the strawberries. Refrigerate until firm before serving. Bon appetite!

Postup: Wash strawberries, clean them and place them into a bowl. Add sugar, liquor, lemon zest and lemon juice and blend all together using a hand blender. Place this mixture into a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add cornstarch and continue cooking while stirring for 3 minutes. Remove this thick mixture from heat and let it cool to room temperature. In another bowl whisk mascarpone, yoghurt, pinch of salt and sugar. Combine these two mixtures. Slice strawberries into small pieces and add to mascarpone cream. Lay lady fingers on the bottom of a pan, spread half of the mascarpone cream over them and spread half of the strawberry mixture over the mascarpone cream. Repeat the layers - lady fingers, mascarpone cream, strawberry mixture. Coat with strawberries. Refrigerate.

Ingredients: 250 g heavy cream cheese, 250ml heavy whipping cream (33%), 2 packs vanilla sugar, 500 g fresh strawberries, 1 tbsp powder sugar (or more - depending on how sweet you want your dessert)
Instructions:In a small bowl combine cream cheese with vanilla sugar. Whisk heavy cream until stiff and add to the sweetened cream cheese. Using a hand blender blend washed and cut strawberries with powder sugar into a puree. Leave a few strawberries aside for coating. Add layers of cream and strawberry puree into a glass. Refrigerate, coat with strawberries and serve.

No-bake strawberry dessert
Ingredients: 1 kg cream cheese, 150 g butter, 1 cup powder sugar, 2 packs vanilla pudding, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 3 ks eggs, 1/3 cup cold milk, zest from 1 lemon, 32 cookies, 650 g strawberries, 2 packs strawberry jello.
Instructions:Melt butter in a pot. Add sugar and once melted, add cream cheese and simmer until mixture gets smooth. Remove from heat. Whisk eggs and add them to the cream cheese mixture. Return to heat and bring to a boil. In another pot, mix milk with vanilla puddings and cornstarch. Pour to cream cheese mixture and stirring constantly simmer for 3-4 minutes until you get a thick cream. Add grated lemon zest and mix well. Prepare baking sheet (25 x 25 cm) with parchment paper and lay the bottom with cookies. Spread half of the cream over the cookies and even well. Repeat the layers. Refrigerate until firm. Once the cream is firm, lay strawberries and pour jello over the top (follow instructions on the pack to prepare jello). Refrigerate. Bon appetite!

Instructions:Whisk eggs and sugar into a foam, little by little add water, oil and as the last add flour combined with baking powder and cocoa. Spread the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Bring milk to simmer together with caster sugar and vanilla pudding. Once the pudding is done, remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Whisk dry cottage cheese (if you prefer sweet taste, add powder sugar at this point) and slowly add cooled pudding. Spread the mixture on baked dough. Lay strawberries over this mixture and pour jello over the strawberries (follow instructions on the pack to prepare jello).
